is the Director of Newport Muscular Therapies, and is a professional, fully qualified and experienced Massage Therapist who has been helping his clients overcome their stress & pain related conditions with various therapeutic and remedial massage techniques for over 6 years.

He is an accredited member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists having a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Certificate in Therapeutic Massage and is an accredited Functional Fascial Taping (FFT) practitioner.

John is a registered and accredited practitioner with most private health funds and Worksafe (Workcover) for work related injury treatments. He provides discounted treatments for Seniors and Healthcare card holders, clients range in age from 5 years to 85 years and older.

Fees start from $45 for a 30 minute treatment.

John specialises in treating musculo-skeletal problems which may cause pain, tension, stress and decreased range of movement, some of which clients could have endured for a number of years.
  • A 3 level treatment process is used that initially involves deep tissue, crossfibre and trigger point techniques
  • followed by cupping to improve the blood flow in the dysfunctional tissues
  • and then if required an FFT treatment which is a 24 hour pain relief technique.
  • All used in conjunction with specific stretching and strengthening for clients on-going and long term rehabilitation and return to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Sports massage treatments for the needs of the elite athlete or occasional jogger and relaxation massages to help you un-wind after a hectic day at home or in the office are also available and are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and has been practicing professionally since 2002.

Michele also has a certificate in Somatic Integration Psychotherapy and Ego State Therapy and incorporates aspects of many learned methods of  mind/body modalities including Gestalt, Hakomi, Bio-Energetics,  Hypnotherapy, Parts therapy and Ego State Therapy.

As a Member of The Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy Michele is dedicated to on going training and updates in accordance within the association's guidelines and requirements.

Michele is a Foundation Member of The Council of Clinical Hypnotherapists Australia. and is dedicated to on going training and updates in accordance within the CCH guidelines and requirements including ongoing regular professional supervision.

JACINTA BOWEN

has been an audiologist for over 25 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a full member of the Audiological Society of Australia with a Certificate of Clinical Practice. She has extensive experience in assessing children and adults as well as fitting state of the art digital hearing aid technology. Jacinta has been the President of a professional association for audiologists within the Government Service and in 2002 was awarded an Australian Hearing Australia Day award for professionalism to clients.

AUDIOLOGY
Hearing assessment for adults and children over 4 years of age is available. The site is accredited to provide free hearing assessment and hearing aids under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program to eligible Pensioner and Veteran clients.
State of the art digital hearing aids are fitted and follow up services are provided.
