EAR CANDLING
is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. There’s nothing worse than experiencing ear pain or sinus headaches where you can’t work, think or sleep.
Ear Candling is a natural, non-intrusive procedure that may help alleviate the painful effects of chronic headaches or sinus conditions, ear infections, allergies or vertigo, as well as minor hearing loss due to excessive earwax build up.

Cupping may be combined with massage therapy for added relief from joint pain, muscle injury, headaches, infections, bronchial congestion, gastro-intestinal disorders and other conditions.
PSYCHOLOGY
Norman Morris is an experienced psychologist and has been practicing for many years. He has a particular interest in working with individuals who are experiencing disruption in their everyday lives.
Issues such as sickness or death in the family, relationship or career upheaval, alcohol and drug issues or being caught up in a crime or accident can bring feelings of anger, uselessness or confusion.
Sometimes, for no clear reason, people can experience depression leading to a whole range of powerful emotions, such as sadness, worry and a sense of hopelessness. Norman uses a range of techniques to assist these persons who are often struggling to understand what is happening in their lives.
Hypnotherapy in its briefest definition is ‘therapy under hypnosis’It is a safe and beneficial form of therapy with no harmful side effects which has been used for hundreds of years in various countries and cultures and which was approved as a therapeutic practice by the British Medical Association in 1955 and by the American Medical Association in 1958.
Although the term "Hypnosis" was derived from the Greek word hypnos, meaning sleep, Hypnosis is not sleep, but a natural, normal, relaxed and focused state of attention or "trance state" that is characterised by:
- Feelings of well-being
- Increased muscle relaxation
- Predominating Alpha Brain Waves
- An enhanced ability to access memories
- An enhanced ability to accept new ideas about yourself if they are not in conflict with your values
It is important to remember that hypnosis per se is not "therapy"; the skilled practice of clinical hypnotherapy resides in the way in which hypnosis is used to optimise a broad range of psychotherapy and counselling techniques to facilitate whatever healing and change is appropriate for you in your particular situation.
